| The Weathervane Inn began life as a 1785 farmhouse and still has the original fireplace with its beehive oven, rarely seen today but a necessity in bygone days for both cooking and heating. Today, the Weathervane sits on ten beautifully landscaped acres of gardens and trees, and features eight period-appointed guestrooms, and two large and well appointed Suites. All our rooms have private baths. We have plenty of common rooms for guests to sit and relax by a fire or read a book, a bountiful country breakfast each morning, and an afternoon tea with fresh-baked goodies. Located in the historic town of S. Egremont in the Berkshires, the Weathervane is central to Tanglewood, summer theatre, hiking trails, natural attractions, skiing and antiquing. |

fresh-baked muffins and a relaxing meal featuring all your breakfast favorites accompanied by preserves and maple syrup from local farmers. Then join in for afternoon tea. It's a perfect way to spend a day! |
