Présentation générale |
The Verona House Bed & Breakfast is a Sears Roebuck Co. Catalog house, came to Brooksville in two box cars in 1925. A two story Dutch colonial home, precut and ready to assemble included a 76 page instruction booklet. Currently on the National Register of Historical Places.
Your hosts Bob and Jan Boyd enjoy sharing the historical background of their town and to let you look at the Sears catalog and view plans. The Inn has 4 guest rooms with private baths and decorated in cherished pieces and no smoking indoors. Enjoy baked casseroles and fresh baked muffins with fruit and juice.
Brooksville has a variety of local antique and craft shops, restaurants, and eateries in the downtown area and of course Rogers Christmas house. Many boating and fishing activities on local rivers and Gulf, or bike the trail, mountain bike in the forest. Golf at World Woods or choose from many other local golf courses. |
